Lorin Ward

Lorin Ward has extensive work experience in various roles related to product management, business analysis, and IT.

Starting in 2013, Lorin worked as a Business Analyst and Quality Assurance Specialist at Greenway Medical Technologies. They then transitioned to GE Transportation in 2014, where they worked as a Business Analyst and also obtained certification as a Scrum Master.

In 2014, Lorin joined Macy's Information Technology & Services as a Senior Business Analyst, focusing on enterprise-wide PCI compliance pre-audit assessment. They were responsible for ensuring the safe handling of credit card data throughout the organization.

Lorin's experience at Vonage Business Solutions in 2015 involved working as a Business Analyst III. Later that year, they joined Cox Media Group Technology as a Senior Business Analyst, focusing on radio consumer systems. Lorin acted as a Scrum Master and worked on projects such as a second-screen mobile application for concert goers and digital streaming enhancements.

In 2015, Lorin also worked at CNN as a Senior Technical Business Analyst in Media Software Services, where they developed product releases for CNN's election center digital results data modules.

From 2016 to 2020, Lorin worked at SEDC as a Product Owner and Business Analyst II. They analyzed and improved a server-based non-relational database system and developed a new responsive UI.

In 2020, Lorin joined The Lowe Law Firm as an IT Product Owner and Business Development Analyst. Their responsibilities included website design, CRM implementation, and marketing campaign development.

Most recently, Lorin joined Cross Country Healthcare in 2021 as a Business Analyst. They were responsible for integrating mobile application data for healthcare-related work shift placements and conducting industry research and analysis.

In 2021, Lorin also joined Inamax as a Product Manager CSPO.

Lorin Ward CSPO, CSM obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The University of Georgia, where they studied from 1994 to 1999. Prior to that, they attended The Baylor School of Chattanooga from 1991 to 1994. Lorin also attended Dalton Public Schools from 1981 to 1990, but no degree or field of study information was provided for this period. In terms of additional certifications, Lorin completed a Certified Scrum Master certification from cPrime, Inc. in August 2014.
