Pau Via Espinal

In this role, they were responsible for monthly financial reporting, budgeting, and business review coordination. Pau also led the internal audit function and temporarily served as the interim accounting team leader. Pau achieved significant results, including timely reporting to the group, resolving internal audit issues, and successfully pricing large account tenders.

Before joining Compass Group Chile, Pau gained experience as a Financial Controller in General Insurance at Zurich en España from February 2015 to July 2016. Pau started their career at Deloitte as a Senior Auditor from January 2011 to February 2015. During this time, they developed their auditing skills and gained valuable experience in the field.

Pau Via Espinal completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Administration and General Management from Universitat Pompeu Fabra from 2006 to 2010. Later, from 2011 to 2013, Pau pursued a Master's degree in Auditing and Management Development, specializing in Administration and General Management at the same university.
