Elisa Randell

Elisa Randell has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Elisa began their career as a Human Resources Assistant at Takeda in 2005, providing administrative support to the HR team. Elisa then served as a Human Resources Generalist at Metagenics, Inc. from 2008 to 2010, performing various HR duties and partnering with management for HR service delivery.

In 2011, Elisa joined UC Irvine The Paul Merage School of Business as an Assistant Director and later Associate Director of Recruitment & Admissions for the Full-Time MBA program. Elisa contributed to recruitment strategies, evaluated and interviewed candidates, and was responsible for marketing efforts.

From 2015 to 2020, Elisa worked at Masimo, where they held multiple roles. As a Corporate Recruiter, they sourced and recruited top talent, implemented targeted sourcing initiatives, and developed strategies to maintain a pipeline of candidates. Elisa then became the Manager of University Relations, where they built and maintained relationships with target universities, managed workforce planning, and organized outreach activities. Lastly, they served as the Manager of Recruiting Operations, guiding and managing a team of Recruiting Coordinators and enhancing the candidate experience.

Most recently, Elisa joined Inari Medical in 2020 as a Human Resources Manager. Further details about their responsibilities and achievements in this role are not provided.

Elisa Randell earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from UC San Diego, which they completed from 2002 to 2006. Later, they pursued further education and completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration at the University of California, Irvine - The Paul Merage School of Business, from 2008 to 2011.
