Garrett Offerman

Garrett Offerman has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Garrett is currently working at Inari Medical as a Senior Manager in R&D Engineering, a position they have held since January 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Manager in R&D Engineering at the same company from January 2021 to January 2022. Before joining Inari Medical, Offerman worked at HighLife as a Manager in R&D and Clinical Engineering from September 2019 to July 2020, where they were involved in designing and evaluating a next-generation valve Crimper and providing case support for a clinical trial. Garrett also held the position of Senior R&D Engineer at HighLife from May 2018 to September 2019, where they developed and improved a valve delivery catheter and completed design control documents for a clinical trial. Offerman began their career at NuVasive in 2011, where they held various roles such as Design Engineer and Product Development Intern. Garrett worked on the development and testing of surgical instruments and implants and contributed to 510(k) submissions. In addition to their industry experience, Offerman also has experience working at Cal Poly State University, where they were involved in projects related to pressure monitoring and biomechanics. Garrett served as a Student Lab Instructor and Orientation Leader during their time at the university.

Garrett Offerman attended California Polytechnic State University from 2007 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering.
