Heather McArty

Heather McArty hadn’t originally planned on her lifelong career in finance. It began with a job in data entry that eventually took her into various positions as a loan processor, loan officer, district mortgage manager, private banking specialist, investment and insurance salesperson, and a regional retail banking manager.

Heather now serves as assistant vice president and branch manager at INB in Fairmount, where she enjoys working in conjunction with a one-of-a-kind staff that takes pride in its work individually, helping the branch to succeed collectively.

Heather is also dedicated to community initiatives and services organizations. She serves as a director at her local food pantry, as a Make-A-Wish wish granter and as a Bridges Group leader at the Women’s Care Center.
