After graduating from Benedictine University in 2013 with a degree in finance and management, he took part in a management trainee program, with office space in the credit department. He eventually transitioned to a mortgage. Nick says the program allowed him to gain knowledge in several departments. After completing the program, he became a banker and, ultimately, became a branch manager/commercial lender. In 2016, he joined INB as a credit analyst and became a commercial lender a year later.
