Angeelika Ruustalu

Angeelika Ruustalu is an accomplished professional in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as Head of People at Inbank since February 2023, where the focus is on international expansion and scalability for future growth. Prior roles include Global Head of Learning & Development at Pipedrive, where strategic development of learning initiatives across 10 global offices was spearheaded, and Global Talent Mobility Manager at Jobbatical, which involved facilitating seamless international hiring processes. Earlier experiences also include significant contributions to public sector training programs at the State Shared Service Centre and positions in learning and development at Tallinn Prison. Angeelika holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from TalTech and a Bachelor’s degree in Politics and Government from Tallinn University.
