Jen Osborne has over three decades of experience in quality assurance within the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as a Quality Systems Supervisor for Technical Complaints at Janssen Pharmaceutical, a division of Johnson and Johnson since November 2011, Jen has been instrumental in ensuring high standards of quality and compliance. Prior to this position, Jen spent significant time at ALZA, holding the roles of QA Sr. Analyst and Sr. Quality Analyst, contributing valuable expertise and oversight in quality assurance processes.
