Marion Szuflak

Marion Szuflak has extensive work experience in various roles across different companies.

In 2022, Marion joined Inbolt as the Chief of Staff.

From 2021 to 2022, Marion worked at Onepilot as the General Manager UK. Marion was responsible for launching the UK market for a Paris-based startup. Marion enjoyed the people side of their role, including building and managing the team, hiring candidates, setting the culture, and taking care of the team's wellbeing.

From 2020 to 2021, Marion worked as the Marketing Director at Space Designer 3D. Their responsibilities included nurturing existing customers, expanding the customer base into new markets, managing international clients, handling trade shows, and managing tender applications.

From 2017 to 2020, Marion held multiple roles at CALVIN-THOMAS. Marion served as a Senior Program Manager and also worked briefly as an Intern Assistant Program Manager.

In 2017, Marion worked as an Assistant Marketing and Events at Stage Entertainment France.

In 2016, Marion worked as a Gamemaster at Mystery Escape.

In 2015, Marion worked as a Leader at NCS - National Citizen Service. Their tasks included guiding participants through social action, managing facilities and bookings, and handling general administration.

In 2014, Marion worked as an Activity Manager at International Quest. Marion planned and managed cultural, social, sports, and excursion programs, supervised a team of activity leaders, and ensured activities and excursions ran smoothly.

From 2011 to 2014, Marion worked as a Drama assistant at Hayley's Comet. Marion assisted in creating musicals, choreographing songs, coaching singing and acting, setting up the performance space, and helping children with makeup and costumes.

In 2013, Marion briefly worked as a Drama assistant at DUCTAC (Dubai Community Theatre and Arts Centre).

Marion Szuflak holds a Master's degree in Hotel and Tourism Management from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, which they obtained from 2016 to 2019. Before that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Humanities/Humanistic Studies at the University of Exeter from 2013 to 2016. Marion also attended Lycée Francais International Georges Pompidou Dubai from 2011 to 2013, where they completed their high school education with a focus on Literature and English. Additionally, Marion pursued a two-week training course in Screen Acting at Cours Florent in 2012, and they also briefly studied Screen Acting at LAMDA (London Academy of Music & Dramatic Art) during the same year.
