Paulo Matos is a seasoned executive in the fashion and retail industry, currently serving as the Diretor Geral of Tommy Hilfiger Brasil since August 2012 and as a member of the Conselho de Administração at Inbrands since August 2020. Paulo is also a co-founder of NDEV Brasil and co-author of the book "Faces do Varejo." Previously held the position of Diretor Comercial for Levi's Footwear & Accessories in Latin America and has extensive experience in commercial management with brands such as Lacoste and VR Menswear. Paulo's educational background includes an Executive Program from Haas School of Business, an MBA from USP, and specialized training in branding and international markets.
