Sridhar Ganapathy

Sridhar Ganapathy joined ITI in 2012. Today, he serves as Director, and his responsibilities range from defining client business and technical requirements to architecting solutions, as well as managing our onsite developers. His reputation for delivering meticulous work and high-performance solutions for clients, like Wells Fargo and Cotiviti, is well-earned.

Sridhar’s exceptional ability to manage complex projects and large teams is evident in his portfolio. The large-scale data lake application he executed for our healthcare client, Cotiviti, is one such example. Supplying a central framework for data in transition that scaled across multiple data sources and a range of data feeds, Cotiviti was able to radically reduce its data migration windows from a few days to a few hours.

Launching his career as a Developer with Syntel in 2003, Sridhar’s career path then led him to Wipro Technologies, Hewlett-Packard, Citigroup, and Cotiviti. Throughout, he assumed increasingly greater leadership responsibilities and served in the dual roles of Technical Team Leader and Solution Architect across a range of projects and clients, predominantly in the banking industry.

Sridhar earned his Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Madras.
