Jonathan Light

Jonathan Light is the current Managing Director at Incapsulate. Jonathan has over 25 years of experience in the management and leadership of various organizations.

Light started their career in 1983 as the Senior Deputy Commissioner for the Massachusetts Department of Revenue. Jonathan then transitioned to American Management Systems (AMS) in 1994 and led the tax, revenue, and collections practice. In 2004, they became Vice President & Managing Director for CGI Australia and was responsible for turning around the company's Australian business unit. After their success in Australia, they became Vice President for CGI in December 2008 and was responsible for Public Sector State and Local Government clients in CGI's northeast US region. Under Light's management, the team of almost 200 professionals in the northeast region delivered successful projects for government, telecommunications, and financial services clients.

In July 2017, Light left CGI to become the Managing Director at Incapsulate where they are responsible for leading the organization and its team of experts who provide innovative software development and consulting services to clients in a variety of industries.

Jonathan Light has a Masters in Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School. Jonathan also has a BA in Theirtory from Williams College. In May 2017, they were awarded a certificate of completion for the Executive Education Program in Digital Government: Technology, Policy, and Public Service Innovation from Harvard Kennedy School. In May 1996, they completed the Executive Education Program in Advancing the Art of Fraud Control from Harvard Kennedy School.
