Beatriz Feijoo

Beatriz Feijoo has been working in the Human Resources field since 2018. Beatriz began their career at Novastock as a Human Resources professional. In 2019, they joined Swipcar as an HR Manager, where they were able to participate in the creation of the HR department almost from scratch, creating policies, culture, and growing the team from 10 to 90 people in around 3 years. Her main responsibilities included leading the sourcing of talent across all areas of the business, developing people strategies and processes, managing training and development projects, collaborating with the managers in designing and implementing tools and actions for keeping employees engaged, and managing labour relations. In 2021, they joined Cazoo as an HR Manager. Currently, Beatriz is the Head of People at Incapto.

Beatriz Feijoo completed their Degree in Labour Relations and Human Resources from Universidad de Santiago de Compostela from 2014 to 2018. Beatriz also completed an Erasmus from Le Mans Universit\u00e9 in Law from 2017 to 2018. In 2017, they completed a course in Human Resources Management (Sports Organisations) from Universidad de Santiago de Compostela.
