Mònica Domínguez has over 15 years of professional experience in sales and business development. From 2006 to 2007, they were a Responsable at FRESS, S.L. From 2007 to 2010, they were an Administrativa Comercial at L'ESTOR, S.L (AVANMODA). During this time, they were responsible for receiving calls, managing orders, and helping to create and incorporate new products into the market. From 2010 to 2015, they were the Responsable de Ventas at L'ESTOR, S.L (AVANMODA). During this time, they were responsible for the commercial team and sales network in Spain, as well as achieving annual objectives and analyzing and establishing commercial actions. From 2015 to 2016, they were the Business Development Manager at La Nevera Roja. From 2016 to 2019, they were a Team Leader Sales Cataluña, Field Sales, and Inside Sales at ElTenedor. During this time, they were also responsible for designing a collection of fashion accessories from Morocco and creating the company's global image. Finally, from 2019 to 2022, they were a Gestora Comercial at Damm, and is currently a Senior Sales B2B at Incapto Coffee.

Mònica Domínguez obtained a Técnica Superior en Comercio Internacional degree in Negocios internacionales/Comercio internacional from the AF Centre d'Estudis de Barcelona between 2004 and 2006.
