Dariusz Frączyk

Dariusz Frączyk is an experienced design professional currently serving as the Managing Director at Incari Poland since April 2020, and as Senior Vice President of Design and Head of UI/UX Design. Prior to this, Dariusz owned Meant It, providing UX and visual design services from September 2013 to April 2020. Dariusz also held various design leadership roles, including Design Lead at siili_auto, where responsibility included leading a team of ten designers and managing R&D projects, and Senior UX/Visual Designer at Siili Solutions Poland, focusing on web and mobile product design. Earlier experience includes positions at Good Powered by BlackBerry as a Senior Interaction/Visual Designer and at intive as a Senior UX/Visual Designer, where project work included mobile applications and branding. The early career included web design and development at Taktic Studio. Dariusz has academic credentials from Dolnośląska Szkoła Wyższa and the University of Lower Silesia.
