Victoria Czempinski

Victoria Czempinski has a diverse work experience starting in 2017 as an Engineering Intern at boeba Montagen- und Aluminium-Bau GmbH. In 2017, they also completed an Operations Internship at PREdistribuce, a.s. Victoria then transitioned to research roles, working as a Research Assistant at Technische Universität Berlin from 2016 to 2019, and later at DIW Berlin - German Institute for Economic Research from 2019 to 2019. In 2020, they became a Consultant at Argon & Co, before joining Incari Development Platform in 2021. At Incari, Victoria has held various positions including a Working Student Business Development role from September 2021 to April 2022, a Junior Business Development Manager role from April 2022 to August 2022, and currently works as a Junior Project Manager.

Victoria Czempinski's education history begins with their completion of an Abitur at Werner-von-Siemens-Gymnasium in 2014. Victoria then pursued a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management with a specialization in Transportation Engineering at Technische Universität Berlin, which was completed before 2018. Victoria went on to further their studies in the field by pursuing a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management with a specialization in Supply Chain Management at Technische Universität Berlin, completing this degree in 2021.

In 2019, Victoria also pursued a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management at Alliance4Tech, which they completed in 2020. Additionally, in the same year, they studied Management Engineering as a Master of Science at Politecnico di Milano. Lastly, in 2019, Victoria pursued another Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management at CentraleSupélec, which they completed in the same year.
