Christian currently serves as the Senior Vice President - Business Unit Head for Life Science & Healthcare at Incedo Inc., where they lead a team and oversees strategy and execution in the telecom, financial services, product engineering, and life sciences sectors.

Prior to this, Christian worked as a Senior Advisor on the Advisory Board at SweetLeaf CFO, providing consulting services to the cannabis industry. Christian also served as a Senior Advisor at The Propel Labs, collaborating with businesses to design and launch sustainable innovations.

Christian's previous roles include Senior Principal - Strategy at CustomerInsights.AI, Managing Director - Life Science Leader at EY, Managing Director - Life Science Lead at Grant Thornton LLP, and Principal at Axtria.

Christian Hoyvald earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication & Business from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1990. Later, in 1994, they completed a dual degree program in International Marketing, Finance & Management, earning a Master in International Management (MIM) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
