After Christophe Harbour, they became a senior development executive at Stanford Development Company.

In 2010, Mark Pavluvcik became the director of construction at Belmont Resorts Ltd. Mark was responsible for managing the development start-up of the Kittitian Hill resort. The 5 Star, luxury sustainable resort is set at the foothills of the St. Kitts rain forest and includes a boutique cottage-style hotel, private villas and condominiums, restaurants, retail, spa, and Ian Woosnam signature golf course.

In 2011, Mark Pavluvcik left Belmont Resorts Ltd to start their own company, Caribbean Property Consultants, Ltd. As the owner of Caribbean Property Consultants, they provided investment, development, and construction services (advisory and management ) to investors and owners.

Mark Pavluvcik has extensive experience in the construction and development industry. Mark is a skilled project manager with a proven track record of successfully leading projects from start to finish.

Mark Pavluvcik has a MBA in Marketing and Finance from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas, an MS in Structural Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, and a BS in Civil Engineering from Marquette University.
