Navendu Charu has extensive work experience in the field of data and analytics. Navendu is currently serving as the Sr. Vice President and Head of Data & AI Advisory at Incedo Inc. Prior to this, they worked at Slalom as the Practice Head, Data and Analytics, where they built and expanded the Data and Analytics practice, doubling its annual revenue within two years. At PwC, Navendu served as the Retail & Consumer Analytics Leader - Director, where they developed an analytics framework for the retail industry and was responsible for revenue generation. Before that, they were the President/CEO at Simple Web Inc. and Director, Customer Analytics and Insights at 84.51°, where they managed teams and performed data mining and analysis. Navendu also worked at FedEx, where they held various roles and was instrumental in developing analytics capabilities and driving customer acquisition and retention. Navendu's experience spans program development, team management, and revenue generation in the field of data and analytics.

Navendu Charu holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Industrial Engineering from Louisiana State University. Navendu completed their undergraduate studies at G. B. Pant University Of Agriculture & Technology, where they earned a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Mechanical Engineering. In addition to their formal education, Navendu has obtained several certifications, including Academy Accreditation - Databricks Lakehouse Fundamentals from Databricks, Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Fundamentals from Microsoft, Human-Centered Design from PwC, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft, and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
