Saanika Hadge

Saanika Hadge has a strong background in engineering and software testing. Saanika currently holds the position of Senior Lead Engineer at Incedo Inc. since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Software Test Engineer at Eaton from April 2021 to April 2022. Saanika also gained extensive experience at whirlpool of asia llp as a Senior Software Test Engineer from December 2017 to March 2021. In this role, they successfully led a project focused on Design for Six Sigma, reducing defect leakage and coordinating with stakeholders from the Europe region. Saanika also has experience in freelancing for PLC programming, working at Emerson Innovation Center as a Verification and Validation Engineer, and at Mitsubishi Electric India Private Limited as an Engineer in the New Product Development and R&D department. Saanika has expertise in test planning, designing, execution, and validation of various embedded products, with knowledge of various protocols including Modbus, CC-Link, I2C, and SPI. Saanika also has experience in automated test application development using CoDeSys and GxWorks. In addition, they had worked briefly as a New Product Development Engineer at Messung Group of Companies.

Saanika Hadge holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Instrumentation & Control from Savitribai Phule Pune University, completed from 2007 to 2011. Saanika also obtained an ISTQB certification in Testing from the ISTQB - International software testing qualification board in 2019. Saanika is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, from 2022 to 2024. Additionally, they have received additional certifications in ISTQB Foundation, Lean Bronze Certification, and Six Sigma Green Belt.
