Jacob Adlon

Jacob Adlon is an accomplished Network Administrator with extensive experience in computer networks and systems management. Currently employed at Incept since July 2014, Jacob has held progressive roles, initially serving as a Junior Network Administrator, where responsibilities included ensuring stable network operation and troubleshooting end-user issues, followed by a Technology Results Intern role focusing on desktop support and performance improvements. Jacob's earlier experience includes an Information Technology Internship at The University of Akron, managing laptop deployments and repairs. Academic qualifications encompass a Master of Education in Educational Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Digital Sciences from Kent State University, complemented by a Bachelor’s and an Associate’s Degree in Computer Information Systems from The University of Akron, as well as foundational education in Cisco Networking and General Studies.
