Charles ( Chen) Zhu

Charles (Chen) Zhu has a strong background in business development and commercialization. Charles ( Chen) is currently serving as the International Business Development Director at Inceptio Technology, a leader in autonomous truck technology. Prior to this, they worked as the Truck Business Development Director at Pony.ai, where they played a key role in delivering autonomous mobility across multiple geographies in the U.S. Charles has also held various roles at Volvo Group, including Commercialization Director for UD Trucks and JVs, as well as VP Distribution Development for Volvo Truck China. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Senior Manager at Deloitte Consulting and as an Associate at A.T. Kearney. Their experience also includes a role as a Business Analyst at Nissan Canada.

Charles (Chen) Zhu completed their Bachelor's degree in International Finance from the University of International Business and Economics between 1988 and 1992. Charles ( Chen) later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Ivey Business School at Western University, graduating between 2000 and 2002.
