Maryam Kabiri

Maryam Kabiri, Ph.D., currently serves in Business Development at Inceptive, following a role as Director of Business Development for Genetic Medicine at Alloy Therapeutics, Inc. Previously, Maryam held the position of Senior Manager for Business Development in Nucleic Acid Therapeutics at Thermo Fisher Scientific and contributed as Manager of Business Development & Alliance Management at Zymeworks Inc., where significant strategic collaborations were managed and executed, focusing on high-value licensing deals and alliance management. Earlier experience includes project management roles at Evonik and TRANSFERRA Nanosciences Inc., as well as a postdoctoral fellowship at The University of British Columbia, specializing in biomaterials and drug delivery. Maryam earned a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Alberta and holds a Certificate in Negotiation Mastery from Harvard Business School.
