Frank Hofgaertner

Frank Hofgaertner began their work experience in 1989 as a Paramedic/Flight Paramedic at Deutsches Rotes Kreuz Rettungsdienst, where they worked until 1997. Frank then joined GE Healthcare in 2001 and held various roles, including Manufacturing Engineer, Teamleader Manufacturing Engineering/IT Manufacturing Program Leader, Teamleader Technical Support Center Central Europe, ASM Project Leader - Active System Monitoring, and Produktmanager/Business Analyst Monitoring and Diagnostics. Frank'stenure at GE Healthcare lasted until 2020. In 2020, they joined Universitäts-Kinderspital beider Basel (UKBB) as the Head of Healthcare Applications & Support, where they managed a team and was responsible for the smooth operation of the IT application infrastructure and service management. Currently, they are working at Incepto as the Head of Customer Success INCEPTO Deutschland, starting in 2022.

Frank Hofgaertner attended the DRK Landesschule Pfalzgrafenweiler from 1989 to 1991, where they earned a degree in Rettungsassistent with a field of study in Medizinischer Notdienst/Mitarbeiter. From 1997 to 2001, they attended the Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) and obtained a Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Informatik.
