Beatrice Breckheimer

Associate Scientist, iPSC Research & Development at Inceptor Bio

Beatrice Breckheimer has a diverse work experience in the scientific research field. Beatrice started their career as a Student Intern at the University of Southern California in 2014. After that, they worked as a Laboratory Assistant at the University of Washington's Molecular Engineering and Sciences Institute in 2015. Later that year, they joined UW Medicine as a Cardiology Assistant, where they supported the Cardiology Fellowship Office and Division of Cardiology at Harborview Medical Center. In 2016, Beatrice worked as a Research Assistant at the Pacific Northwest Research Institute, contributing to a microbiology lab's study on glycosphingolipids. In 2018, they served as a Research Assistant at the Veteran's Association Puget Sound Hospital - Garcia Lab. Beatrice then joined Bristol Myers Squibb, where they held multiple roles, including Research Associate in CAR-T Process Development, Senior Research Associate in CAR-T Technology Development, and Associate Scientist in CAR-T Technology Development. Currently, they are working as an Associate Scientist in iPSC Research & Development at Inceptor Bio since 2023.

Beatrice Breckheimer completed their education in various stages. From 2014 to 2018, they attended the University of Washington, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology. Simultaneously, they also pursued a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies with a focus on Global Health. After completing their undergraduate studies, they enrolled in the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, U. of London from 2020 to 2022, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Infectious Disease.
