Rale Chung

Rale Chung has over 15 years of work experience in IT roles, starting as a Senior Developer at Trans Solutions Systems. Rale then moved on to roles at Veda Advantage, where they served as a Senior Systems Developer, Development Team Lead, and Solutions Architect. At Decideware, they held the position of Development Manager. More recently, they worked at Appliances Online as the Head of Web Development, before joining Inchcape Australia as the Head of Engineering in charge of leading a team for a digital transformation project. Throughout their career, Rale has focused on managing teams, defining technological roadmaps, and making key technical decisions to drive successful projects.

Rale Chung completed an MBA at AGSM @ UNSW Business School from 2010 to 2012. In 1999, they graduated with a degree in Information Systems Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. In 2015, they obtained a ScrumMaster certification from Agile with Style. Additionally, Rale obtained certifications in AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner and ScrumMaster in 2021.
