Justine Rebecca Bates has extensive experience in human resources, holding various roles throughout their career. Justine Rebecca is currently working as the Human Resources Director at Inchcape plc since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Capita plc for several years, starting in 2015 as the HR Director for the Software Division. In this role, they managed a team of HRBPs and specialists, supporting around 4,600 employees in the UK and India. Before that, they worked as the HR Manager for the Integrated Services Division at Capita plc from 2013 to 2015, where they led on high-profile TUPEs and built strong relationships with stakeholders. Justine also has experience in the travel industry, working as a Senior HRBP at Thomas Cook and Co-operative Travel / Thomas Cook, as well as an HR Manager at The Co-operative Group and First Choice Holidays. Throughout their career, Justine has demonstrated their ability to lead teams, drive cultural change, and support business objectives.

Justine Rebecca Bates obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Management from Coventry University in 1995.
