Magda Masternak

Magda Masternak has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Magda is currently employed at Inchcape plc as the Head of Talent Development for Europe and Africa since April 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Medtronic for a total of 13 years. Their most recent role at Medtronic was as the Senior Talent and Development Programs Manager for Central and Eastern Europe from September 2019 to December 2022.
