Donato Latrofa

Donato Latrofa began their work experience in 2008 as a Law Clerk at the DuPage County State's Attorney. Donato then served as an Extern for the Honorable Anne Burke in the Illinois Supreme Court and as an Extern for the Honorable John Darrah at the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois in 2009. Donato worked as a Law Clerk at the United States Attorneys' Offices from May 2009 to January 2010.

In 2011, Latrofa joined the United States Air Force, Judge Advocate General's Corps, Trial Defense Division (JAJD) as an Assistant Staff Judge Advocate, Trial Counsel (Assistant General Counsel). In this role, they represented Airmen in various legal proceedings and personnel actions. From July 2014 to August 2015, they served as an Area Defense Counsel (Defense attorney) within the same division.

Latrofa then worked as a Litigation Associate at Christensen Hsu Sipes LLP from August 2015 to December 2018, where they provided counsel and defense for corporate entities in personal injury and breach of contract cases, specifically in the hospitality industry.

From January 2019 to December 2021, Latrofa served as an Assistant Regional General Counsel at the Social Security Administration.

In August 2015, Latrofa also joined the Air National Guard as a Deputy Staff Judge Advocate, and later became the Staff Judge Advocate of the 126th ARW/JA. Donato currently holds this position.

Most recently, Latrofa joined Incident IQ in December 2021 as the Vice President & Senior Corporate Counsel. Donato later transitioned to the role of General Counsel in April 2023.

Donato Latrofa pursued their higher education with dedication and completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History and Economics at Monmouth College. Donato attended this institution from 2003 to 2007. Afterward, Donato Latrofa went on to further advance their academic journey by enrolling in Loyola University Chicago School of Law, where they attained their Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree. Donato accomplished this educational milestone between 2007 and 2010, focusing on the field of Law.
