Mark Horne

Mark Horne has extensive experience in senior leadership and marketing roles. Mark is currently the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Incident IQ, where they lead the company's go-to-market functions. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Marketing Officer at Pindrop, where they focused on security, identity, and trust in call centers. Mark also worked as the Head of Marketing at NCR Corporation, responsible for global marketing strategy and operations. Mark served as the Vice President of Product Marketing at Sage, where they led the global product marketing function. Additionally, Mark held leadership positions at Red Hat, Equifax, PGi, and The Voca Group. Mark began their career at PictureTel, gaining experience in channel and product marketing.

Mark Horne has a diverse education history with a focus on leadership, management, marketing, and new venture creation. Mark completed an Executive Scholar program in Leadership & Management at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. Additionally, they participated in an Executive Education program at Harvard Business School where they studied Leading Organizational Change and Renewal.

Mark also holds an MBA from the J. Mack Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University. During their time there, they specialized in Marketing & Management. Mark obtained their Bachelor of Science degree from Northeastern University, majoring in Marketing & New Venture Creation.

In addition to their formal education, Mark has obtained various certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. These certifications include Adobe Experience Manager for Marketers, Leading with Innovation, Creating a Marketing Growth System, IoT Foundations: Monetizing IoT, Advertising on Instagram, Design Thinking: Venture Design, Finding and Retaining High Potentials, IoT Foundations: Fundamentals, Leadership Foundations, Leading Change, and Managing Diversity. All of these certifications were earned through LinkedIn, with Mark completing them throughout 2017.
