Josie Adams

Josie Adams has diverse work experience in various companies. Josie currently holds the position of People Director at Incipio Group since January 2022. Prior to that, they worked as Head of People at Incipio Group from September 2020 to January 2022. Before joining Incipio Group, Josie served as Head of Learning and Development at Young & Co Brewery, PLC from June 2016 to September 2020. Josie'sresponsibilities included creating and implementing appraisal processes, designing career pathways, and delivering leadership training courses. Josie also worked as Head of Training and Development at Mitchells & Butlers PLC from April 2015 to June 2016, where they integrated training and development capabilities. Josie's earlier experience includes working as a Training and Development Manager at Orchid Group from February 2011 to April 2015, where they managed training programs and facilitated NVQ training. Finally, Josie started their career in film production at CAKEWALK PRODUCTIONS, where they produced independent films, secured funding, and managed production teams from an unspecified start date until January 2011.

Josie Adams attended the University of Brighton from 1997 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Theatre with Film.
