Gunjan Bhadoria possesses a robust background in business development and hiring, serving as the Director of Hiring and Business Administration at Incise Infotech Private Limited since July 2013, following roles as Sr. Manager and Sr. Hiring Manager. Key responsibilities include client interaction, identifying suitable candidates, and facilitating effective communication between technical teams and business managers. Prior to this, Gunjan worked at RF Silicon from July 2010 to June 2013 as a Design Verification Engineer, specializing in ASIC design and verification with expertise in OVM and UVM methodologies.
