Neha Ghai

Neha Ghai is an Army Veteran with a wealth of experience in research, consulting, intelligence and strategy. Neha began their career in 2008 as a Freelance Writer for Aks Magazine. In 2011, they joined the Indian Army as an Officer Cadet and was later promoted to Captain, Major and Senior Manager (Intelligence and Strategy). In this role, they were responsible for the security and wellbeing of over 250 personnel. Additionally, they were responsible for projects related to demographic changes and their social impact in the geopolitical environment. In 2022, Neha Ghai joined Incisiv as the Director of Research and Consulting. In this role, they specialize in creating and delivering research deliverables garnered from secondary and primary research. Her experience in geopolitics allows their to deliver insights in the healthcare and grocery industries.

Neha Ghai is an Army Veteran with a diverse educational background. Neha began their education in 2005 at Carmel Convent School, where they completed their high school studies. In 2007, they attended Gargi College and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry in 2010. In 2011, they completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Management and Strategy from the University of Madras. In 2014, Ghai obtained a Masters in Sociology from Indira Gandhi National Open University. Neha also completed a PG Diploma in Security Studies from Savitribai Phule Pune University in 2015 and a PG Diploma in Sattelite Imagery from Savitribai Phule Pune University in 2018. In 2021, they obtained a Graduate Certificate in Public Policy (Defence and Strategic Affairs) from The Takshashila Institution. Ghai is currently enrolled in a Executive Business Management Program at Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, where they are studying Human Resources Management and Services. Neha is also a Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRMP) and has obtained an Advanced HRBP. Ghai also holds a Certificate in Sustainability Studies from Azim Premji University and a Certificate in Individual Identification Techniques from Lok Nayak Jayaprakash Narayan National Institute of Criminology and Forensic Science. Ghai has also obtained certifications from LinkedIn in Creating a Leadership Development Program, Dealing with Disappointment in Your Role, Embracing Unexpected Change, Human Resources Foundations, People Analytics, Strategic Human Resources, and Talent Management, as well as a Philosophical Foundations of Social Research certification from NPTEL.
