Alexa Cross is a highly experienced Senior Consultant specializing in Epic Health Information Management (HIM) and Identity, currently working at Pivot Point Consulting since January 2021. With an extensive background in HIM, including roles at Incisive Consultants and Houston Methodist, Alexa has actively participated in projects focused on Duplicate Remediation, Chart Correction, and Go-Live support at various healthcare institutions. Certified in multiple Epic HIM applications since 2017, Alexa's contributions extend to volunteer work with CYCLE, supporting underprivileged children in the Greater Houston area. Holder of a Master’s degree in Human Relations and Supervision from Louisiana Tech University and a Bachelor’s degree in Medical Record Administration from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, Alexa brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to the healthcare field.
