Jess Sherlock

Jess Sherlock has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on corporate HR roles. Jess is currently working as the VP Human Resources - Corporate at Incitec Pivot Limited since January 2024. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior HR Manager - Corporate at the same company from August 2022 to December 2023. Before joining Incitec Pivot Limited, Jess worked at Bosch Australia for many years, starting as an HR Business Partner from March 2004 to July 2009. Jess then took on an international assignment at Robert Bosch GmbH in Germany as the Expat Assignment - HR Responsible - Personnel and Development from July 2009 to February 2010. At Bosch Australia, they later became a Human Resources Manager from January 2012 to August 2022, where they supported various business units and was responsible for HR strategy alignment, recruitment, and selection.

Jess Sherlock completed a Graduate Diploma in Employment Law from Monash University between 2006 and 2008. Prior to that, in 2005, they received a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment from Holmesglen Institute of TAFE. Jess Sherlock also holds a Bachelor of Business in Human Resource Management, with a minor in Business Law, from Swinburne University of Technology, which they completed from 2002 to 2005.
