Joel Cropp is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client management and product implementation within the healthcare and financial services sectors. Currently serving as a Client Success Manager at Included Health since March 2022, Joel focuses on building strong relationships with key client stakeholders and ensuring alignment on client needs and success metrics. Previously, roles at Reliance Standard, Willis Towers Watson, Liazon, Independent Health, and M&T Bank have equipped Joel with skills in platform integration, partnership management, client service, product operations, and financial analysis.
