Steven Dekeyser

Steven DeKeyser is a seasoned professional in people analytics and business intelligence, currently serving as the People Analytics Leader at Included Health since August 2020. In this role, Steven leads the foundational team focused on leveraging data to enhance workplace culture in healthcare. Prior to this, Steven held various positions at Optum from June 2013 to August 2020, including Senior Business Systems Analyst and Business Systems Analyst, where expertise was applied in leading analytics projects and developing commercial analytic solutions for the healthcare sector. Steven’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Management with a focus on Finance and Information Systems from Boston College, and a Master of Science in Business Analytics and Project Management from the University of Connecticut School of Business.
