Timothy Springer

Timothy Springer is an experienced Corporate Compliance Officer currently serving as Included Health's first CCO, where responsibilities include building the Ethics, Compliance and Privacy team and providing consultative support to internal stakeholders. Previously, Timothy held the role of SVP - Chief Compliance Officer at Kindbody, where the focus was on developing ethics and compliance programs aligned with regulatory requirements. Prior roles include VP - Chief Compliance Officer at One Medical, where Timothy enhanced compliance and privacy programs following acquisitions, and Vice President of U.S. Operations at First Advantage, leading operational units during the pandemic. In addition, Timothy served as SVP - Chief Compliance Officer at Superior HealthPlan, managing extensive compliance and regulatory audits. Timothy holds a Master of Jurisprudence in Health Law from Loyola University Chicago and completed an Executive Business Management Program at the University of Notre Dame.
