Yvette Young

Yvette Young, MD, MBA, currently serves as Associate Medical Director for Clinical Affairs at Included Health since September 2024. With extensive experience in pediatric emergency medicine and clinical operations, Yvette held multiple progressive roles at PM Pediatrics from March 2015 to October 2024, including Vice President of Clinical Operations, Regional Medical Director, and Medical Director. Prior to that, Yvette practiced as a Pediatric Emergency Medicine Attending at Valley Health System and Children's National Hospital. Yvette completed a fellowship in Pediatric Emergency Medicine at Johns Hopkins Hospital and has a history of service as a Pediatric Hospitalist at Inova Fairfax Hospital, as well as residency training and an internship at prestigious institutions. Yvette holds an MBA from Rutgers Business School, a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Maryland School of Medicine, and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Hood College.
