Abul Kashim Gofur has extensive work experience in the field of technology. Abul Kashim began their career at IBM in 2010 as a Software Developer. In this role, they developed and deployed a KPI tool in Java, which retrieved metrics from support systems and displayed them in a dashboard. Abul Kashim also had responsibilities in administering and patching RHEL servers, as well as installing and configuring IBM products like DB2, MQ, and WAS.
After working at IBM, Abul joined Accenture in 2014 as a DevOps Engineer. Abul Kashim held this role for five years until 2019.
Currently, Abul works at Cloudreach as a Senior Cloud System Developer, a position they have held since 2019.
Abul Kashim Gofur completed their education at King's College London from 2008 to 2013, where they obtained a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. In addition to their college education, they have obtained several certifications over the years. In August 2014, they obtained the ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice. In June 2016, they achieved the Oracle Certified Associate, Java SE 7 Programmer certification from Oracle. In July 2019, they earned the Amazon Web Services Solutions Architect Associate certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS). In October 2019, they also attained the Amazon Web Services Developer - Associate certification from the same institution. Furthermore, in March 2019, they completed the LFS158x: Introduction to Kubernetes course provided by The Linux Foundation. Most recently, in January 2023, they obtained the Terraform Associate certification from HashiCorp.
