Alan Hughes

Alan Hughes has over a decade of experience in cloud operations and IT support. Currently serving as Cloud Operations Leader at Cloudreach, an Atos company, since November 2017, Alan has progressed through various roles, including Senior Cloud Operations Manager and Senior Cloud Operations Engineer. Prior to this, Alan worked at Dell SecureWorks from August 2012 to November 2017, where responsibilities included supporting Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, and Exchange as a Systems Administrator Sr. Analyst. Earlier roles include Technical Analysis Sr. Associate at Dell SecureWorks, IT Service Engineer at BCF Technology Ltd, and IT Specialist at Apex Hotels.
