Anne Keogh CA CertT GAICD has a diverse range of work experience spanning over two decades. Anne has held various finance and accounting roles in different companies. Keogh's most recent position was as the Head of Treasury & Spend Management at Cloudreach, a fintech/IT consultancy. In this role, they were responsible for managing the end-to-end Procure to Pay cycle and Treasury across multiple entities in different international jurisdictions. Prior to Cloudreach, Keogh worked as a Senior Finance contractor, where they played a crucial role in finalizing external audits and managing acquisition accounting and integration of new subsidiaries. Before that, they served as the Financial Controller & Company Secretary at Ricoh Business Solutions, where they managed a finance team and covered all aspects of finance. Keogh also gained valuable experience working as the Group Financial Controller at Foxtel and in various finance roles at First Data Corporation, Leasing Solutions Limited, Mirvac, Fletcher Building, and KPMG. Prior to that, Anne pursued Chartered Accountancy, completing a CA with PriceWaterhouse Coopers through The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland. Anne also holds a CA degree from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
