James Norvell

James Norvell has extensive experience in the IT industry. James is currently serving as the Senior Product Manager at Cloudreach, an Atos company, where they manage the product delivery methodology and ensures the services are sustainable and fit for purpose. Prior to this, James worked at Travelport as the Senior Service Delivery Partner, Global Infrastructure Services, where they engaged global business partners to meet strategic business goals and drove continuous improvement initiatives. Before Travelport, they held multiple roles at SPINEN (Specialized Information Environments, Inc), including VP of Infrastructure, IT Manager, and Systems Integrator, where they led teams, designed and delivered IT infrastructure solutions, and achieved high client satisfaction.

James Norvell earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Management Information Systems from Mercer University Stetson-Hatcher School of Business. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications, including AWS Partner: Migration Ambassador 2023 (Business) from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in February 2023, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from AWS in April 2022, ITIL 4 Foundation from AXELOS Global Best Practice in January 2020, Certified SAFe® 5 DevOps Practitioner from Scaled Agile, Inc. in April 2021, and Certified SAFe® 4 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in July 2019.
