Vitoria Santos

Vitoria Santos currently works as a Junior People Analyst at Incognia, where Vitoria assists managers from various areas, conducts 1:1s with national and global managers, and is responsible for drawing up policies and checklists for the People team. Prior to their current role, Vitoria gained experience as a Business Partner Intern at Incognia and worked as a Recruitment Intern at FCB Brasil. Vitoria also has experience as an HRBP Intern at Delivery Center. Vitoria is currently pursuing a degree in Psychology at Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie.
