Alexandre Guerreau

Alexandre Guerreau has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Alexandre began their career as a Legal Intern at FIDAL in 2009 before moving on to Société Juridique et Judiciaire de l'Ouest where they worked as a Legal Counsel from February 2008 to December 2012. In 2013, Alexandre worked as a Legal Counsel at Askesis Law Firm for a short-term assignment.

In 2014, Alexandre took on various roles, including an In-house Lawyer at Etude Olivier Buisine - Administrateur judiciaire (Insolvency Practitioner) from January to June, and a Lawyer (Bar professional course) at Les Conseils d'Entreprises Law Firm from July to December.

From 2015 to 2018, Alexandre worked as a Lawyer at S2JO Law Firm. In this role, they independently created and managed the corporate department, provided legal and commercial counsel to business teams and executives, and conducted company secretary duties. Alexandre also drafted and reviewed commercial agreements, managed projects and structuring operations, and completed buyers' legal due diligence.

In 2018, Alexandre joined AEXON as a Legal and Compliance Counsel. Here, they provided legal advice and guidance to the business, managed relationships with applicable industry regulators across APAC, and drafted various trading business contracts. Alexandre also drafted legal instruments related to the company's business development activities.

Since 2020, Alexandre has been working at Incomlend. Alexandre started as a Senior Legal Counsel, where they delivered factoring and supply chain finance solutions. Currently, they hold the position of Legal Manager.

Alexandre Guerreau completed their education in a chronological order as follows:

From 2006 to 2009, Alexandre studied at the Université de Bretagne Occidentale, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Law.

In 2009 to 2010, they pursued a Master's degree in Banking and Business Law at Nantes Université.

In 2010 to 2011, Alexandre attended Cardiff University/Prifysgol Caerdydd and obtained a Master of Laws (LLM) in International Commercial Law.

From 2011 to 2012, they continued their studies at Nantes Université, completing a Master's degree in Business Law.

Finally, in 2015, Alexandre received their Certificat d'Aptitude à la Profession d'Avocat from Ecole des Avocats du Grand Ouest.
