Christopher Shell

Christopher Shell has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Christopher began their career as a Development Team Lead at PowerChord, Inc. from February 2009 to January 2012. Christopher then joined American Express as a Technical Lead from January 2012 to January 2014, and later became the Lead Technical Architect from January 2014 to January 2015. In 2015, Christopher joined American Express as a Director of Technology, a position they held until April 2018. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of Software Engineering at InComm Payments, where they started in June 2022. Christopher previously held the role of Senior Director of Technology at InComm Payments from April 2018 to June 2022, overseeing the development of customer-facing applications and managing teams working on web, mobile, and API interfaces for financial products.

Christopher Shell has a degree in Computer Science from St. Petersburg College, which they obtained from 1993 to 1996. Christopher also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business - Information Technology Management from Western Governors University, with a focus on Management Information Systems.
