Jim McPherson

Jim McPherson has a strong background in data analysis and management. Jim started their career as a Portfolio Analyst Intern at Capital One in 2004. From 2004 to 2006, they worked as a Consultant at Kurt Salmon Associates. In 2006, they joined Uline as an Operations Analyst, where they focused on using data to improve procurement, inventory management, logistics, and warehouse operations. Jim was later promoted to Operations Analytics Manager, where they were responsible for managing business analysts, creating training programs, and leading cross-functional projects. In 2010, they joined InComm Payments as an MIS Manager, reporting and analyzing data. Jim then held various leadership roles, including Director of Business Intelligence, Senior Director of BI & Data Analytics, and Vice President of Data Platforms & Strategy. Their responsibilities included managing teams focused on data warehousing, reporting, and analytics, as well as advising executive management on data-related issues and investments. In their most recent role at InComm Payments, they served as Vice President of Enterprise Data.

Jim McPherson earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Business Administration and Management, General from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2004. In 2013, they completed their Master of Business Administration from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business.
