John Kelly

John Kelly has accumulated extensive work experience in various roles and industries. John currently holds the position of Vice President of Software Engineering at InComm Payments, where they began in 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Senior Director, MSP Office Head at the same company from 2021 to 2023, successfully exceeding revenue targets. Before joining InComm Payments, John was the Director of DevOps from 2020 to 2021, where they streamlined processes and increased project throughput.

Earlier in their career, John served as the Chief Ogre at OneMadOgre in 2018. John also held the role of Platform Software Engineering Manager at Patterson Companies, Inc. from 2018 to 2020, implementing structural changes that significantly impacted customer satisfaction and growth.

From 2015 to 2018, John worked as the Director of Software Engineering at SPS Commerce, where they developed and executed a product and cloud technology strategy resulting in substantial revenue growth and customer acquisition. Prior to SPS Commerce, they held the position of Senior Manager, Systems Development at MoneyGram International from 2013 to 2015, leading global software engineering teams and transitioning to an agile development approach.

John also brings experience from their tenure as a Software Engineering Manager at Kroll Ontrack from 2008 to 2013. During this time, they introduced cloud computing strategies to tap into new markets and successfully led the launch of the company's largest product.

Before joining Kroll Ontrack, John worked at Ingersoll Rand as an Enterprise Web Strategy Manager from 2000 to 2008, focusing on web development and strategy. John also held the role of IT Manager at Herold Marketing Associates / NetDirect from 1995 to 2000, overseeing IT operations.
