Karim Alazzawi

Karim Alazzawi serves as the Security Architecture and Engineering Manager at InComm Payments since April 2021, leading a team of senior security engineers and overseeing critical integration projects and security architecture for mergers and acquisitions in a global FinTech environment. Prior to this role, Karim worked as a Senior Security Engineer at Baker Donelson from February 2019 to March 2021, focusing on security architecture development. Experience also includes a position as a System Security Engineer and Research Associate II at the Georgia Tech Research Institute, where Karim architected a unified network for defense research. A former Information Management Officer in the US Army, Karim led a team in managing IT infrastructure for military operations and oversaw significant construction projects. Karim holds a Master of Arts in Information Technology Management from Webster University and a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
