Lisa Sharum

Lisa Sharum has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Lisa started their career at NAPA Auto Parts Genuine Parts Company in 2005, where they held various roles including District Human Resources Manager and Director of Human Resources. In these roles, they focused on talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and strategic business goals. In 2017, Lisa joined InComm Payments as the Senior Global Director of HR Business Partners, where they were responsible for upgrading the HR team and managing a budget of $1.5 million.

Lisa Sharum has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Aurora University. Lisa also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resources and Psychology from Lewis University. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have obtained certifications such as Predictive Index Analyst, SHRM-SCP, Trainer in Civil Treatment for Managers and Employees, and Trainer in Leadership and Management Training Program.
